About Samad Karmand

Samad Karmand is a distinguished Afghan political figure, writer, poet, and analyst with extensive experience in governance, media, and cultural development. Born in Kabul, he completed his primary, secondary, and higher education in the city, earning a Master’s degree. He later pursued doctoral studies (remotely) at the Scientific Youth University of Moscow, which remained incomplete due to the سقوط of the Afghan government in 1992, leading to his migration.
