Who Is This For

Transcript Services

Current students, alumni, authorized guardians, and approved third parties who need official or unofficial academic transcript information from Canadian North Academy.

Important

We maintain transcript and grade records for programs administered directly by Canadian North Academy. If studies were completed at another institution, transcripts must be requested from that institution.

Request Your Transcript

Your transcript includes information about your academic history, such as enrolled classes, exam outcomes, grades, promotion timeline, and session-by-session performance available in our system.

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts are issued by the school records office. Requests are processed with identity verification and can be tracked by reference email.

Unofficial Transcripts

Students can view/download unofficial records in the portal. These are useful for internal review and advising, but may not be accepted for formal verification.

Unofficial Transcript Access

Current Students

  • Sign in to the student portal.
  • Open your academic/grades section or student record card.
  • View term performance, subject grades, and cumulative summary.

Alumni

  • Use your registered account if still active.
  • If access is unavailable, submit a records request for official issuance.
  • For security, unofficial transcripts are not sent by public email without verification.

Disable pop-up blockers when opening transcript PDFs from the portal, otherwise files may not open.

Interpret Your Transcript

The guide below explains common transcript structures, symbols, grade formats, and GPA/percentage interpretation based on Canadian North Academy reporting standards.

Course load is based on your class/cohort structure and session setup. Transcript totals are computed from registered subjects, assessments, and final exam entries recorded in the system.

  • Term/session workload is defined by the assigned class/cohort.
  • Subject totals reflect maximum marks and obtained marks per exam record.
  • Attendance rate and overall summary may appear where configured.

Program Level Primary Group
Foundation / Introductory Early-stage or preparatory students
Intermediate Core progression stage across program pathways
Advanced / Senior Upper-level academic progression and specialization
Research / Capstone (where applicable) Independent project, thesis, or advanced study component

Symbol / Status Description
PASS Passed according to configured passing criteria.
FAIL Did not meet minimum passing criteria.
ABS Absent for assessment/final component where marked.
INC Incomplete pending faculty/office completion workflow.
WD Withdrawn from course/session requirements where approved.
N/A Not available at time of transcript generation.

Grade labels and thresholds are managed through school grading setup and may vary by program. Transcript display can include percentage, grade label, and pass/fail status together.

  • Honors and distinction levels depend on configured grade bands.
  • Satisfactory/unsatisfactory boundaries are program-specific.
  • Letter-grade or custom-grade modes follow official school policy.

If GPA is enabled for your program, it appears according to configured scale rules. Where GPA is not configured, transcript summaries use percentage/grade outcomes only.

Orders generated between the final exam date and official grade release may not include latest session GPA/grade updates until publication is complete.
